Responsibilities:

• Initiation and management of digitization projects and research collaborations

• Use of modern data science methods such as machine learning, predictive analytics and data mining

• Designing, building and maintaining data pipelines and architectures

• Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to develop innovative digital solutions

• Identifying new technologies and their added value for the company

 

Qualifications:

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, data science, mathematics or a related field

• Relevant experience in the field of digitization and data science

• Sound knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Python) and no-code / low-code platforms (e.g. Power Apps)

• Experience with data analysis tools and platforms (e.g. Power BI)

• In the best case, experience in the application of machine learning algorithms and AI models as well as the concept of unified namespace

• Moderation and presentation skills as well as strong communication skills at different hierarchy levels

• Innovative, cross-functional thinking and an analytical, structured approach, coupled with strong implementation skills

• Team spirit, team player and flexibility in action

• German and English fluent (written and spoken)
