Analytics Manager

As the Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and operational improvements across the organization. This role goes beyond traditional data analysis—you will own the end-to-end process of making data usable: from structuring and cleansing raw data to designing reporting solutions and translating trends into business-ready insights.

You will work cross-functionally with stakeholders in marketing, operations, finance, and product teams to understand business challenges and develop data-driven strategies. Your ability to blend technical expertise with business acumen will be key to unlocking value from data and scaling analytics maturity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Data Transformation & Enablement

• Own the full lifecycle of data preparation: collect, clean, structure, and enrich data from multiple sources to ensure usability.
• Design and implement scalable data models, dashboards, and reporting tools that support real-time decision-making.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility by establishing processes, automation, and governance best practices.

Insight Generation & Reporting

• Translate raw data into meaningful insights through statistical analysis, data visualization, and storytelling.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that support cross-functional business needs.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to inform strategic planning, product development, and performance optimization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with business leaders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop reporting frameworks aligned to business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to ensure robust data pipelines and infrastructure.
• Serve as a thought partner to stakeholders by providing data-driven recommendations and supporting ad hoc analytical needs.

Strategic Analysis & Problem-Solving

• Proactively identify business challenges and lead the development of analytical solutions to address them.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to explore customer behavior, operational efficiency, and revenue performance.
• Present findings to leadership and stakeholders in a clear, compelling, and actionable manner.

Team Leadership & Analytics Maturity

• (If applicable) Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Help define and evolve the organization's analytics strategy, tools, and capabilities to keep pace with growth and innovation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and data transformation tools (e.g., dbt, Alteryx, Python, or equivalent).
• Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Strong grasp of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehouse concepts (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
• Proven ability to work with and interpret large datasets to drive business outcomes.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and presenting to senior leadership.
