The Learning Journey we offer   

During your journey with us, you will right from the start receive mentoring and training toward your passions and skills. We have 7 overall tracks in digital technology and within the tracks there is flexibility for you to be in the driver seat of your career and skills progression all supported by mentors and training we offer.  
  
Within the tracks here you’d focus on…  

• Software engineering … coding standards, development methodologies, and participating in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment e.g. front-end, back-end or full stack development within modern programming languages like Go, GoLang, C#, and more.   

• Data & AI, large-scale processing systems and databases. Data Science, Data Engineering, machine learning algorithms, data mining techniques, natural language processing, Phyton, LLM, Databricks and more.   

• Cloud Dev/Ops, platforms like AWS, Azure, Gen-AI, Kubernetes, GitHub Co-Pilot, cloud services, network architecture, and security practices to support cloud-based applications, data storage solutions and more.    

• Cybersecurity, protecting information systems, networks, and data from cyber threats and vulnerabilities. E.g. security principles, technologies, and practices, such as encryption, intrusion detection systems, secure software development and more.    

• Business Systems Engineering, ERP systems to setup, customization, and maintenance of ERP software to align with an organization's business processes e.g. work with engineering or configuration to streamline, automate business functions and more.    

• Digital product design, interfaces and experiences of digital products such as websites, mobile apps, and software applications with e.g. design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing, to create intuitive and engaging products.    

• Digital Consulting & Product Management value delivery of a specific Digital product area and engage with business partners to conceptualize, assemble and ultimately effectively manage the lifecycle of digital projects, in the mindset of Agile to participate in successful implementation of technology solutions.   

Do you have what it takes?  

For H1 2025, we’re recruiting for various student worker positions at our Billund location across several teams in digital technology – and we’re looking for curious, motivated talents to join us! Depending on your skills and interests, you could be working with: 

Back-end or Full-Stack Engineering using technologies like: 

• C#, Typescript, Python, React, Databricks, AWS/Azure 

• Typescript, Python, interest in RDF/OWL, Semantic Web and Graph Databases 

• C#/.NET 8, PostgreSQL, Typescript, React, AWS 

• React/Typescript front-end and C# back-end 

• Data Science & AI, including machine learning, data pipelines, Databricks, and cloud environments 

• Digital Product Design & UX Research, focusing on user research, analytics, and prototyping 

• Tech Operations & Specialist roles, supporting finance tools, vendor management, and follow-ups 

• Technical Program Management, supporting teams with agile delivery, collaboration, and business analysis 

We’re looking for students who: 

• Are currently enrolled in Denmark in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Erhvervsakademi (Professional Academy) program in Computer Science, Software Development, Data Science, UX Design, Business IT or a related field. 

• Preferably graduating 2027 or beyond having at least 2 years left of studies 

• Can be present 15–20 hours per week, ideally with 1–2 days in Billund. 

• Bring a positive, can-do mindset and enjoy collaborating with others. 

• Are passionate about digital technology and curious to learn more. 

We’ll match your background and ambitions to the right role, with support from experienced mentors throughout.

Following the Assessment Day, there will be one final interview round. The expected start date for successful candidates is either 1 July or 1 August 2025.
