Technology Analyst Program – Data Sciences 

The Fiserv Technology Analyst Program is an early career development program where candidates experience two structured assessments within one specific track over a 2-2.5-year period.  Each assignment will build on the other and provide a breadth of experience within Fintech! Mentorship, curriculum, and on-the-job learning with exposure to senior leaders throughout the program! 

What does a successful Technology Analyst-Data Science do?  

We are looking for a proactive analyst to join our team! This track within the Technology Analyst Program will give you the opportunities in Analysis, Management, and Visualization of Data from across the firm.   

What you will do: 

• Participate in complex projects that will have significant outcomes on the business. 

• Work collaboratively to develop premier solutions for our internal and external partners. 

• Maintain integrity and performance of company databases. 

• Keep data confidential and secure! 

• Analyze large data sets and present findings for business leaders to make complex decisions. 

What you will need to have: 

• Recent graduate of a bachelor's degree program, with a Technology, Mathematics, or Data Science major 

• 3.0+ GPA 

• 0-2 years of professional work experience 

• You must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

What would be great to have:  

• Experience with data visualization platforms such as PowerBi and Tableau 

• Military-affiliated applicants are encouraged to apply (Veterans, Military Spouses, Guard/Reservists). 

• Knowledge of Database technologies Python, R Languages, SQL, or other relevant programs.  

• Experience in Excel and PowerPoint, and have a technical aptitude to learn new applications quickly
