Senior Advisor, Machine Learning Engineering

As a senior advisor, machine learning engineering, you provide the data needed to make business decisions, operationalize advanced analytics and artificial intelligence solutions and services adapted to business issues and understand member and client behaviour. You lead initiatives to operationalize advanced analytics and artificial intelligence solutions that involve data mining, and implement and support solutions that can be adapted, reused and applied to various problems and business needs. You help solve complex business problems that require the operationalization and maintenance of advanced analytics and artificial intelligence systems. You lead initiatives to operationalize advanced analytics and artificial intelligence systems, and help analyze and research recommendations for improving the tools in response to business needs. You analyze client and partner business needs, generate hypotheses, and lead complex initiatives, taking into account the specifics of their operationalization and ensuring coordination with the specialized resources during the rollout. Your projects and initiatives require extensive and innovative knowledge of data science, machine learning and the business sector. You lead and serve as a specialist on the operationalization of systems and analytics tools for internal and external practitioners in various sectors. You interact with many stakeholders working in a wide range of fields to understand and communicate issues and influence decision-making. More specifically, you will be required to:

• Implement solution architectures to automate delivery and manage complex models.

• Develop and maintain application programming interfaces and software development kits that will deploy models into production.

• Assist with peer review processes to ensure that the team delivers high quality work, and give feedback to help your colleagues achieve their goals.

• Identify opportunities to improve rules and systems, and help analyze and research recommendations to improve data management tools.

• Prepare easy-to-understand presentations and visualizations on advanced analytics and artificial intelligence systems supporting your team's business decisions and present to committees.

• Understand and anticipate trends in your field of expertise to develop and update best practices for the organization.

What you bring to the table

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• A minimum of six years of relevant experience

• Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

• Knowledge of French is required
