As an advanced data scientist and researcher on our Defense Technology team, you’ll introduce innovative data science methodologies to make a real-world impact on protecting our military. You’ll share your skills in data science and shape the future of analytics through a variety of means like major conference presentations and code submissions.

You Have:

• 7+ years of experience with Python, TypeScript, or Foundry AIP for application development

• Experience with Pipeline Builder for data ingestion and transformation

• Experience leading Agile software teams, conducting code reviews, and implementing DevSecOps practices

• Experience with Git repositories, CI/CD workflows, or infrastructure automation

• Ability to engage with stakeholders, define requirements, and translate them into technical solutions

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience as a development manager or with technical team leadership

• Experience with contested logistics, mission analytics, or government-focused data solutions

• Experience with AI or ML model integration within Foundry applications

• Knowledge of Foundry security models, access control, and compliance frameworks

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
