Engineer - Applications Development

AMS is looking to hire an individual having expertise in essential libraries for machine learning and Python framework to design implement machine learning systems and self-running AI software to automate predictive modeling processes.

We will count on you to:

· Design and implement machine learning systems and self-running AI software to automate predictive modeling processes.

· Understand business objectives and develop machine learning models that align with these goals, including metrics to track progress.

· Streamline processes using MLOps practices to enhance deployment and monitoring of machine learning models.

· Convert AI/ML models into APIs for seamless integration by other developers.

· Perform statistical analysis and fine-tuning based on test results to optimize model performance.

· Train and retrain machine learning systems as necessary to adapt to new data and requirements.

· Leverage deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or Keras and apply advanced neural network architectures, including BERT models.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define application requirements.

· Ensure appropriate documentation and adherence to development, support, and change management processes.

· Investigate, diagnose, and resolve issues, providing support until tickets are resolved, while communicating regularly with stakeholders on progress.

· Support business-critical applications by monitoring service issues and proposing resolutions or improvements.

· Participate in process improvement initiatives for assigned applications/projects.

· Stay up to date with industry best practices and techniques related to application development.

What you need to have:

· Demonstrated expertise in essential libraries for machine learning, such as scikit-learn and pandas.

· Experience in processing, cleansing, and validating data integrity for analysis.

· Proficient in at least one popular Python framework (e.g., Django, Flask, or Pyramid) for web application development.

· Good aptitude with Logical, analytical and problem-solving skills

· Good communication and email etiquette skills.

· Good stakeholder management
