Turn data into clear and insightful PowerBI dashboards 

Your primary mission is to help business colleagues achieve better results by providing them with valuable data-driven insights. You’ll engage in dialogue with stakeholders across various business areas to understand their goals and needs. Using this knowledge, you’ll collaborate with the Power BI backend team to to request, refine, and test data in our cross-organizational data model. From there, you’ll transform data into compelling, easy-to-understand Power BI dashboards. At the same time, you’ll continuously contribute ideas for optimizing our overall setup. Your primary tasks will be to:  

• Engaging with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and objectives 
• Building Power BI dashboards in collaboration with the backend team 

• Acting as the data/Power BI lead in various business projects 

• Developing an understanding of how usage data fits into the overall value chain 

• Assisting project teams in setting up data-driven metrics and coaching them on data interpretation (e.g., through workshops) 

• Contributing to the compilation of monthly and quarterly royalty reports 

Experience in Power BI for telemetry, usage, and behavioral data

As part of this, you must be curious on new trends, technologies and tools.  Additionally, it is important that you like dialogue and collaboration with many different people covering multiple professions and nationalities. Finally, you can tick of the below:  

• Degree in data science or equivalent experience  

• Experience with telemetry/usage/behaviour data, preferably in a software company  

• Power BI frontend experience, especially in visualization and storytelling of data with the data user in mind 

• Knowledgeable of DAX and star schema models / the Power BI platform  

• Experience with Azure DevOps and user story processes

Your new workplace will be Milestone’s headquarters in Brøndby, Copenhagen, where you’ll join a team of eight skilled colleagues in the Product Operations team where you will be part of the Product Analytics and Performance workstream. Our team brings together experts in product excellence, performance, telemetry, qualitative research, and outcome-driven product management. We work cross-functionally to enable product teams to make informed, customer-centered decisions and deliver real impact.
