About the Team
We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate ML Engineer specializing in LLM agents to join our growing AI R&D team. You will play a key role in developing cutting-edge AI tools for our multi-million-user trading platform, working with both internal and client data. As one of the members of the team, you'll work alongside talented ML Engineers and our Head of AI, with the opportunity to drive product enhancements by developing sophisticated AI agents such as Text2SQL, MCP, and exploring innovative approaches like "vibe coding."
We follow Agile methodologies (Scrum and SAFe), with communication supported through Target Process for task tracking, Slack and Google Meet for communication, and GitLab for collaborative development.Our working hours are flexible, based on the GMT+3 time zone, with regular stand-ups held twice per week.
The ideal candidate is proactive and self-driven, with a deep passion for AI and machine learning. We expect that you can independently manage projects from conception through deployment and thrive in an environment where you can innovate and explore the latest advancements in AI. While commercial experience with our specific tech stack is not required, we highly value candidates who are eager to share their pet projects and demonstrate enthusiasm and the ability to grow in the field.

Tasks

• Develop and optimize advanced AI and machine learning models, including LLM agents, for real-time trading applications.
• Work closely with internal teams to integrate AI models with client data, ensuring scalability and performance on a platform with millions of users.
• Design and implement innovative solutions like Text2SQL, MCP, and "vibe coding".
• Manage and deploy machine learning models from concept through production, ensuring robustness and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML advancements and explore new ways to apply them to enhance our platform.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in machine learning and coding or a history of awesome AI hobby projects.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with NLP/LLM frameworks.
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Docker, AWS, and databases.
• Demonstrable experience or significant exposure to AI tools like Cursor, Manus, or equivalent.
• Proven capability in scaling GPU-intensive applications to efficiently serve thousands of concurrent users.
• Relevant certifications or a robust portfolio of AI/ML projects (GitHub repositories, personal or professional websites showcasing completed tools).
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related coding-intensive field.
• Fluency in English (B1+ level or higher).

Nice to have

• Experience in Forex/Fintech.
• Relevant higher education or specialized training.
• B1+ in Russian.
