We’re seeking a data-driven professional to join our team as a Dynamics 365 Data Analyst. In this role, you'll delve into the Dynamics 365 ecosystem to gather, analyze, and interpret data, transforming raw information into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making. This position will focus on key business areas such as sales, customer engagement, and marketing performance, using tools like Power BI and SQL for data analysis and visualization.
What You’ll Do:
- Data Handling & Preparation
- Extract data from various Dynamics 365 modules including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service
- Identify and resolve data integrity issues like duplicates or inconsistencies
- Clean, transform, and structure data to prepare it for further analysis
- Analytical Insight
- Apply statistical techniques to uncover patterns and trends
- Compute and monitor KPIs aligned with business objectives
- Use advanced analytics to support predictive modeling and performance forecasting
- Reporting & Visualization
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and other BI tools
- Build clear, interactive visuals that effectively communicate insights to business users
- Strategic Insights & Communication
- Translate data findings into actionable business recommendations
- Present insights to stakeholders, supporting informed decision-making across departments
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with internal teams to understand their data needs and align reports accordingly
- Gather feedback to refine and optimize dashboards and reporting solutions
- Data Governance & Quality Control
- Uphold data accuracy and ensure compliance with governance standards
- Continuously monitor and improve data quality through routine audits and cleaning
What You Bring:
- Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, especially within Sales and Marketing modules
- Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation
- Expertise in Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization
- Familiarity with analytical tools like Excel, Python, or R
- A solid understanding of data normalization and data modeling principles
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal oversight
- Strong communication skills to translate technical findings into clear business insights
Salary Range: $100,000-110,000
The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
