Learning & Enablement Lead Instructional Designer EMEA

The Role:
As Learning & Enablement Lead Instructional Designer you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and delivering training content that enables customers and partners to effectively use our platform. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Partner teams to ensure our training program evolves alongside our rapidly growing platform.
You will create and deliver both virtual and instructor lead training (the program is tiered from introductory through advanced/specialized levels and certifications) to customers worldwide, troubleshoot technical questions, and develop structured certification programs for partners and end users. The ideal candidate will have experience in a range of pedagogical approaches, certification programs, and technical training for enterprise software, ideally in the data integration space.
Ideally, the candidate will be located in the London area and able to work on a hybrid basis in the office. This role will require travel of 10-20% for customer and partner training.

What You’ll Do:

• Instructional Design & Content Creation:
• Opportunity to build and shape a world-class training program for a cutting-edge data integration & AI automation platform.
• Leverage GenAI training tools design and develop training content, including self-paced e-learning modules, instructor-led courses, hands-on learning, etc..
• Create structured learning paths for different audiences: customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Create customized training material or specific customers and partners
• Continuously refine training materials based on learner feedback, effectiveness metrics, and platform updates.
• Experience with data integration tools or the ability to gain that knowledge quickly.
• Training Delivery & Facilitation:
• Conduct engaging virtual and in-person training sessions for global customers and partners.
• Facilitate technical hands-on workshops, ensuring learners can apply knowledge in real-world use cases.
• Address and troubleshoot technical questions from learners, demonstrating deep platform expertise.
• Partner Enablement & Certification Programs:
• Develop and manage certification programs for partners and end users to validate expertise on our platform.
• Collaborate with GSI partners to create tailored enablement tracks that support their implementation and sales efforts.
• Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
• Work with Product and Engineering teams to stay updated on new features and incorporate them into training materials.
• Gather feedback from customers and partners to identify knowledge gaps and improve learning effectiveness.
• Research and implement best practices in enterprise software training, adult learning, and instructional design.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design, technical training, or a related role in enterprise software.
• Strong knowledge of data integration, APIs, and automation workflows (or ability to learn quickly).
• Experience designing and delivering training for enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or AI/automation tools.
• Hands-on experience with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, etc.) and LMS platforms.
• Proven ability to design certification programs for partners and customers.
• Excellent facilitation skills with experience delivering both virtual and in-person training to global audiences.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical questions and provide real-time guidance during training.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Partner teams.
• Experience working with Global System Integrators (GSIs) and designing partner enablement programs is highly preferred.
• Ability to travel for customer and partner training.
