We're looking for a Senior AI Solutions Engineer with expertise in designing, developing, and delivering cutting-edge generative AI solutions for enterprise clients using Adobe Firefly, Creative Cloud, and Experience Cloud. This hybrid role combines hands-on software engineering with strategic consulting—translating complex business needs into scalable AI-powered applications. You'll serve as both a technical expert and a trusted advisor, helping clients reimagine their creative and operational workflows with Adobe’s next-gen AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

Senior AI Solutions Engineer - Solution Engineering & Development

• Architect and implement custom generative AI solutions leveraging Adobe Firefly, Creative Cloud, and Experience Cloud platforms.

• Build scalable, production-grade systems to automate content generation and enhance creative workflows.

• Develop reusable frameworks and components to accelerate implementation timelines and improve solution quality across engagements.

Senior AI Solutions Engineer - Client Engagement & Technical Leadership

• Act as a technical lead in client projects, guiding implementation strategy and aligning technical execution with business objectives.

• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for AI-powered productivity and creative solutions.

• Lead discovery sessions and workshops to identify high-impact use cases for generative AI and define solution architecture.

Senior AI Solutions Engineer - Innovation & Mentorship

• Stay current on emerging trends in generative AI, and actively contribute to Adobe's evolving implementation best practices.

• Produce technical documentation, implementation playbooks, and knowledge-sharing resources for internal teams.

• Mentor junior engineers and consultants, fostering excellence in generative AI solution design and delivery.

Qualifications

Senior AI Solutions Engineer - Technical Expertise

• Deep understanding of Adobe’s generative AI technologies, APIs, and integration methods across Creative and Experience Clouds.

• Proficient in both front-end and back-end development, with experience building and deploying AI/ML-based solutions.

• Hands-on expertise in prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and performance optimization for generative AI systems.

Senior AI Solutions Engineer - Project Delivery Experience

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise software development, including 2+ years focused on AI/ML solution delivery.

• Proven success in delivering complex technical projects on time, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Direct experience consulting with enterprise clients on AI strategy, architecture, and implementation.

Consulting & Communication Skills

• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Consultative mindset with excellent problem-solving and solution-oriented thinking.

• Proven ability to collaborate across functions—from design and engineering to business and executive stakeholders.
