About Us & Our Culture

We, employees, need a much more engaging solution around our compensation, and that’s why Cobee was born. Since we created Cobee back in November 2018, our vision has been unwavering: to become the most desirable solution for employees to get compensated at work. As we fight for that vision, we truly believe that we can improve the overall well-being of employees at the same time that we make them feel more engaged with their companies.

We began with a single benefit, and today we offer a diverse range of benefits in three countries, with a team of more than 140 talented people across the globe. We have raised more than €55 Million in venture capital funding backed by world-class investors, including a recent €40 Million Series B investment.

Recently, Cobee has been acquired by Pluxee, marking a significant milestone in our growth journey, as we continue to expand and scale globally.

Pluxee is a global player in employee benefits and engagement that operates in 31 countries. Pluxee helps companies attract, engage, and retain talent thanks to a broad range of solutions across Meal & Food, Wellbeing, Lifestyle, Reward & Recognition, and Public Benefits.

About The Role

We are looking for a skilled Marketing B2C Analyst to join our team, focusing on directly impacting and bringing to the next level our B2C business through cutting edge user lifecycle analysis, segmentation identification and cohort insights that set the base to our activation and retention strategies.

In this role, you will leverage data to provide actionable insights that inform marketing campaigns, enhancing customer engagement and driving retention. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.

The role is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the office. It is Madrid-based.

Main challenges

  • Become the subject matter expert on our B2C data and its insights, taking our B2C raw data and converting it into actionable insights regarding user segments and lifecycle behavior patterns that help us identify how to drive consumption and activation in an optimized fashion.
  • Work hand in hand with B2C and Product teams, communicating findings and recommendations on how to impact each segment with actionable campaigns and product developments to boost user consumption and activation.
  • Establish a predictive model to forecast how a specific group of users will behave over time, and set the action plan to boost that performance.
  • Monitor and report on cohort and segment performance, in terms of behavior and engagement, providing insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in our retention strategies.

You are

  • Outstanding in data analysis: expert in SQL, Python or R programming and Excel, excellent in handling data warehouses and data visualization tools, as well as statistical methodologies (A/B testing, regression analysis, etc.).
  • Off-the-charts analytical thinker: off-the-charts ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • An excellent problem solver: you love tackling complex problems, assess them from multiple angles in a structured manner and get to the best outcome.
  • Knowledgeable in B2C activation and engagement strategies that drive user consumption.
  • Proficient in conveying findings and recommendations clearly and effectively.
  • Risk taker and flexible to adjust strategies based on changing market conditions or insights.
  • Detail oriented, always working with precision in your data analysis and reporting, ensuring accuracy in insights presented.
  • A great team player, able to work hand in hand with marketing B2C, Product, CEO, Chief of staff, etc., understanding how to contribute the most with each of those functions.

You have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics (ideally B2C), user experience, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in handling complex databases and data warehouses (e.g., Clickhouse or equivalent), Data Analysis Tools such as SQL and Excel, among others and data visualization software (e.g., Metabase, Power BI). Knowledge about B2C CRMs such as Braze would be ideal.
