As a Data Engineer you will:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and understand business needs.

  • Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable data processing.
  • Implement and optimize data models, data storage, and data integration solutions.
  • Perform data profiling, data cleansing, and data transformation activities.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

Your Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science is mandatory 
  • Proficiency in programming languages with a focus on data analytics (ideally Python & PySpark).
  • Minimum 3 years of professional development experience in SQL, ETL & DW.
  • Expertise in modern data warehousing techniques (Kimbal/Inmon data modeling, Data Vault 2.0).
  • Practical knowledge with a Cloud Platform (e.g. Azure, Databricks).
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Business Intelligence solutions (SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, Azure Data Factory, Power BI).
  • Oracle ODI/Warehouse Builder familiarity.
  • Experience with a workflow/orchestration engine (e.g. Airflow, Prefect, Dagster).
  • Familiar with Git or other version control tools.
