What you’ll do ​& Who you are

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Product Manager to take ownership of our data products, including score-based sorting and recommenders. This is a fixed-term role for 10 months, covering parental leave. In this position, you will work closely with other PMs to align consumer and business requirements where data products integrate into the user journey. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team, including Data Science, Data Engineering, and Machine Learning Engineers, to build, iterate, and enhance our consumer experience using data-driven insights.

What you'll do:

  • Define and execute the roadmap for data products, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

  • Collaborate with other Product Managers to integrate data-driven solutions across the consumer experience.

  • Partner with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Machine Learning engineers to develop, test, and improve algorithms for ranking, recommendations, and personalization.

  • Use analytics and A/B testing to assess the impact of data products on user engagement and conversion.

  • Prioritize features and improvements based on data insights, market trends, and stakeholder feedback.

  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to partners across the organization.

Who you are:

  • 4+ years of experience in product management with data or AI-driven products.

  • Experience working with data science and machine learning teams.

  • Familiarity with data infrastructure, algorithms, and personalization techniques.

  • Experience with A/B testing, user analytics, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Communication and working cross-functionally is your strong suit.

  • Ability to balance business objectives with technical feasibility and consumer experience.

  • Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or automotive tech.
