    About the role:
    Our client is a financial services company dedicated to meeting the needs of rural communities and individuals in the agriculture industry. They are a leading financial services provider to hundreds of thousands of farmers and agribusinesses across the United States.

    We are seeking an experienced developer to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical expertise and design insights to support the development of the platform. You will contribute recommendations on technologies and product development to enhance overall functionality and improve the end-user experience.

    The main responsibilities/tasks include:
  • Identify and resolve issues within data integration processes, ensuring smooth data flow
  • Investigating and addressing discrepancies between source and target systems to maintain data accuracy
  • Working on improvements to reduce recurring issues and enhance system performance
  • Respond to and resolve data integration incidents efficiently to minimize downtime
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and resolve integration challenges
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data processing and transformations within the data environment
  • Provide guidance on database design and best practices to development teams
  • Contribute to enterprise-level projects, representing the database perspective on initiatives such as platform migrations, test automation, and system implementations
  • Design and implement physical database structures for development teams and special projects
  • Maintain and promote database development standards and guidelines across the organization, while advocating for best practices within development teams
  • Support database development pipelines and drive improvements in database DevOps capabilities, ensuring efficient delivery processes
  • Identify and address performance issues within SQL queries.  Conduct performance testing during development and QA, working with team to resolve issues


    Job Skills/Requirements
    - +90% English written and oral (at least B2 level) with excellent communication skills
    - 5+ years of experience 
    - Strong experience with: SQL, T-SQL, ETL, SSIS 
    - Ability to take business requests and break them down into manageable steps to achieve a goal
    - Able to see the big picture of how systems interact with one another

Nice to have:
- Experience with Snowflake
