ML Infrastructure Manager

What would you work on? 

• Take ownership of team objectives, setting the technical direction and driving technical excellence. 
• Stay hands-on with significant code contribution while ensuring high code quality and performance across all owned projects. 
• Distribute and delegate subtasks among the team. 
• Analyzes epics and breaks them down into tasks, including high-level estimates. 
• Conduct high-level investigation of production bugs before handing them over to the team. 
• Track and address technical debt, while also proposing and driving technical innovations. 
• Communicate and collaborate directly with customers and other teams. 
• Keep an overview of what each team member is working on and intervene when necessary to remove blockers or adjust priorities. 
• Participate in hiring interviews and support the growth of the team.
