About CortiAt Corti, we're on a mission to improve healthcare by making it more efficient, intelligent, and scalable. Our AI-driven solutions support medical professionals in real-time, enabling them to make faster, more accurate decisions. We’re growing rapidly and are looking for a Senior Technical Support Analyst to join our Customer Acceleration team.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving technical challenges, delights in making customers successful, and is energized by working closely with both technical users and internal engineering teams. As an API Support Engineer, you’ll be the go-to expert on Corti’s APIs, helping partners and customers integrate seamlessly while championing product feedback and continuous improvement.
What you'll do
Act as the primary point of contact for customer related API-related inquiries from customers, partners, and developers
Help external teams troubleshoot, understand, and implement Corti’s APIs
Provide thoughtful, clear, and technically sound responses through email, video calls, and our support platforms
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and Product to relay customer feedback and influence product development
Contribute to internal documentation, customer-facing technical resources, and knowledge base articles
Debug issues using logs and code samples; reproduce bugs and ensure follow-through on resolutions
Engage in continuous learning about Corti’s evolving product and API capabilities
Take ownership of support processes and explore ways to improve efficiency and customer experience
What we’re looking for
A strong communicator with technical curiosity and a customer-first mindset
Experience in a technical support or solutions engineering role, ideally supporting an API product
Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, etc.) and understanding of RESTful APIs
Ability to break down complex technical concepts for a wide range of users
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
Bonus: background in health tech, AI, or SaaS startups
Practicalities
The role is part of the Commercial Team.
Reports to the Head of Customer Acceleration.
Full-time position.
