The Impact You’ll Make:

• Research and implement ML models (e.g., regression, clustering, tree-based ensembles) for retail and beyond.
• Validate and scale models into production-ready science modules.
• Present insights to stakeholders and drive data-led product strategies.
• Mentor junior scientists and champion best practices in statistical analysis and ML engineering.

Technology Stack:

• Languages: Python, SQL
• ML Tools: scikit-learn, Pandas, TensorFlow/PyTorch (bonus)
• Data Processing: Spark, Hadoop
• Visualization: Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau

What You’ll Bring:

• PhD in CS, AI, Statistics, or related fields.
• Expertise in ML techniques and Python-based data science workflows.
• Experience with big data tools (Spark, SQL) and open-source ML ecosystems.
• Bonus: Background in retail data science or category management.
