A day in the life of...

Join our team as we contribute to the IBS Automation strategy and enhance the IBS Analytics maturity vision. As an E2E Analytics Dashboard Developer, you will manage IS/IT developments focused on creating value-driven dashboards and reports. Your work will ensure the availability of reliable, real-time data to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Contribute to IBS Automation Strategy and Analytics Vision:

• Drive data management practices that ensure data availability and quality for both Center and Market/Business analytics.
• Collaborate with internal data consumers and stakeholders to identify needs, interpret business requirements, and engineer high-quality dashboards.
• Conduct testing of analytical tools based on expected data outputs and provide troubleshooting support for technical questions related to dashboards and data sources.
• Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Market Analytics Leads (MALs), and Product Owners (POs) to explore analytical possibilities and assess the complexity and effort required for dashboard creation.
• Work with Operations to translate business requirements into effective data architecture using available data sets.

Design Impactful Reports and Visualizations:

• Manage large data sets, loading various data types (CSV, XML, JSON, XLSX, TXT, etc.) from multiple sources (SAP BW, SAP HANA, SharePoint, REST API) into a single storage layer (Data Lakes) for analytical services.
• Responsible for data federation, combining data result sets from multiple sources. Extract, format, and transform data to enhance analytical practices.
• Identify data source needs, design data integration, and collaborate with ASL, Local IT, or BSA for proper data source mapping to ensure dashboard accuracy and compliance.
• Develop interactive dashboards using data visualization tools such as Power BI and Power Query to provide real-time business performance insights.
• Execute data ingestion through the Azure platform while adhering to Nestlé's compliance standards.
• Collaborate with the ASL team to create new data sources or data lakes necessary for Power BI/PowerApps dashboard development.
• Utilize Microsoft Azure and other approved technologies to ensure rapid data extraction and delivery, while addressing technical issues related to Power BI solutions.

Continuous Capability Building and Technical Support:

• Develop comprehensive documentation for dashboards, including troubleshooting guides and user manuals (QRGs).
• Share knowledge and conduct capability-building sessions on analytical tools within NBS and with market business partners.
• Provide guidance and support for dashboard navigation during presentations.
• Collaborate closely with dashboard users to enhance functionality and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure developed solutions support personalization and multiple data sources, facilitating the sharing of dashboard outcomes.
• Sustain and review delivered dashboard solutions regularly, following NCE practices and methodologies. Investigate data challenges, identify root causes, and develop measurement strategies.

What will make you successful

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related discipline; an M.B.A. is a plus.

• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge or experience in Microsoft Azure, Power BI, and PowerApps.

• Methodology Familiarity: Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment, utilizing design thinking methodology.

• Change Management Experience: Participation in major change initiatives within complex environments, contributing both strategically and practically to the design and execution of these initiatives.

• Cross-Functional Experience: Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams.

• Senior Management Collaboration: Experience engaging with Senior Management and understanding their strategic needs.

• Analytical Proficiency: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze large data sets.
