THE ROLE
The HRIS & Data Coordinator supports the successful implementation and ongoing maintenance of the ADP Lyric Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This role plays a crucial part in managing employee data integrity, enabling data-driven decision-making, and supporting the HR department and wider management with reporting, analysis, and forecasting insights.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

HRIS Implementation and Maintenance

  • Support the roll-out and ongoing administration of the ADP Lyric platform across multiple regions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the HRIS Manager to ensure seamless data migration, system configuration, and user adoption.
  • Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day system queries and troubleshooting.

Data Management and Integrity

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS.
  • Perform regular audits to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Reporting and Analytics

  • Generate regular and ad hoc reports for HR and business leaders to support strategic workforce planning and performance analysis.
  • Translate raw HR data into actionable insights that contribute to forecasting and decision-making processes.
  • Support the development of HR dashboards and KPIs using system tools and Excel/BI platforms as needed.

Stakeholder Support

  • Work closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to align data processes and reporting.
  • Assist in training HR team members and end-users on HRIS features and best practices.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, IT, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HRIS/data coordination or a similar role, preferably within a global or retail environment.
  • Familiarity with ADP Lyric, Oracle HCM and other HRIS platforms is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in HR reporting, data visualization, SQL and Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
