Accounting Internship

Division

Responsibilities

• Support the Commodities Risk Team
• Assist with monthly reconciliation processes to ensure data accuracy and compliance
• Compile and analyze reports using Microsoft Excel and other tools
• Contribute to special projects and ad hoc reporting needs
• Perform other duties as assigned to support team goals

Qualifications

• Junior or rising senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum GPA of 2.75
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in a professional environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of management, clients, and vendors
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Candidates with exposure to data science concepts, such as data visualization, SQL, or Python, are encouraged to apply, even if they do not hold a formal degree in the field
