We're on a mission to reshape Aotearoa’s digital future—and we’re looking for a Customer Insights Analyst to sit at the heart of that journey. Reporting directly to our Chief Customer Officer, you’ll lead the charge on data-driven decision-making across the business. This is more than a data role—it's a strategic opportunity to shape how Tuatahi understands, engages, and grows its customer base in a fast-evolving digital landscape.

What You’ll Do (And Why You’ll Love It)

  • Uncover Customer & Market Insights – Dive deep into customer behaviour, market trends, and broadband adoption patterns to shape subscriber acquisition, retention, and ARPU strategies.
  • Turn Data into Action – Provide analytical firepower for marketing, sales, and product teams to make targeted, effective decisions that deliver results.
  • Deliver Competitive Intelligence – Analyse fibre vs. fixed wireless trends, emerging technologies like LEO satellites, and broader market dynamics to help Tuatahi stay one step ahead.
  • Next-Level Analytics – Use segmentation, predictive modelling, and AI-driven insights to guide pricing strategies, product development, and go-to-market campaigns.
  • Data Storytelling – Build compelling dashboards, visual reports, and strategic presentations that bring your insights to life—and drive real business impact.


Skills and Experience Required:

  • Data-Driven Thinker – You see what others miss. You turn messy data into clear, actionable strategy.
  • Technical Proficiency – Skilled in SQL, Power BI, Python, and advanced analytics tools for extracting, cleansing, and analysing large datasets.
  • Strategic Mindset – You're more than an analyst—you're a thought partner, helping shape Tuatahi’s customer growth and broadband innovation.
  • Communication Wizard – You simplify the complex. You can engage, influence, and inspire stakeholders at all levels through your insights.
  • Experience & Passion – 3+ years in customer insights, business intelligence, or analytics, ideally in telecoms, digital services, or customer-centric industries.
