Your Role...
As our AI Engineer, you will support the Head of Data and AI in their implementation of ramarketing’s AI strategy. This could see you developing new and existing models to repurpose off-the-shelf solutions to real-life applications throughout the agency.—Daily, you’ll design, integrate, and optimize AI-powered systems to elevate performance across marketing, operations, and client services.
You’ll develop solutions using LLMs, automation frameworks, and custom AI applications, contributing to internal tools and client-facing innovation. You’ll enjoy creative freedom, strong leadership backing, and the opportunity to make a real impact.
What does an AI Engineer do?
AI Development & Integration
Research and implement cutting-edge AI technologies to solve complex business problems.
Build web-based tools and AI-powered applications for internal and client use.
Apply LLMs (e.g., GPT) in real-world scenarios: prompt chaining, RAG, MCP, and embedding-based search.
Automation & System Design
Develop workflow and task automation systems using Python and cloud services.
Use frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph to enhance intelligence in everyday operations.
Collaboration & Communication
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI tools integrate seamlessly into wider systems.
Gather and refine requirements from stakeholders and present AI solutions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences alike.

Key Requirements:
Track Record
(BSc, MSc, or PhD) in AI, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a relevant work experience.
Knowledge of the design and implementation of automation or AI-powered solutions.
Background in data engineering, data science, or ML a bonus.
Technical Proficiency
Python expertise, especially for AI/automation libraries (LangChain, LangGraph).
Knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS), hosting, etc.
A solid understanding of how LLMs work (prompt engineering, vector embeddings, agentic architectures) would be a real advantage.
Communication & Collaboration
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to translate stakeholder needs into technical tasks.
Confident working independently and collaboratively.

Fast learner, constantly curious, and eager to push boundaries.
