We are looking for a "Data Analyst" for Wingie Enuygun Group's growing Growth. With this position, you will have the chance to take part in the team that has developed one of the most successful internet businesses in Turkey.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in a data analyst or analytics role, preferably in a tech, AI, or business & product centric environment.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with relational and columnar databases (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) 
• Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g. Data Studio, Qliksense) and version control systems (VCS) (e.g. Github).
• Experienced in Data Modelling, Data Warehousing, and Data Visualization
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary agile team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team.
  

Nice to Haves

• Experience with using data lakes / data marts
• Experience with Google Analytics tools
• Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and statistical analysis
• Experience with Python programming for data analysis and automation.

What will you do?

• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, providing actionable recommendations for product development, marketing strategies, and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and develop data-driven solutions to address strategic challenges.
• Work with large datasets and implement data cleansing, transformation, and validation processes.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate complex data findings effectively.
• Proven experience working with large datasets and transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive critical business decisions.
• The ability to distinguish between correlation and causation, effectively handling biases in complex datasets.
• A proactive and adaptable mindset with the ability to quickly learn new tools and methodologies, to maintain the existing ones, and to develop your own
