How You'll Make an Impact

As an AI/Agent Engineer, you will be a core contributor to our AI-first mission. You’ll help design, develop, and deploy sophisticated agents capable of complex reasoning, tool usage, and dynamic interaction all built on top of our Gaming LLM. Your work will enable smarter discovery, personalisation, and game development, helping us realise our vision for AI-driven gaming solutions.

What We Expect You to Do

• Design, build, and manage agentic workflows and multi-agent systems utilising our Gaming LLM.

• Implement LLM function calling/tool usage and craft effective prompts for agent control.

• Develop and maintain the backend infrastructure supporting AI agent deployment and orchestration.

• Collaborate closely with Data Scientists to integrate and operationalise LLMs within agent frameworks.

• Ensure robustness, scalability, and observability of deployed agentic systems.
  
  

What We Think You’ll Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Engineering, AI, or a related field — or equivalent experience.

• Proven experience building LLM-powered applications or services.

• Strong proficiency in Python.

• Hands-on experience with LLM function calling/tooling and agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI Functions).

• Solid prompt engineering skills for agent behaviour and task completion.

• Experience designing or developing agentic systems or custom agent architectures.

• Strong software engineering fundamentals (testing, Git, system design, Docker).

• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
  
  

Bonus XP (Nice-to-Haves)

• Passion for video games and the gaming industry.

• Familiarity with LLM deployment platforms and tools (e.g., Fireworks.ai, OpenAI).

• Experience with MLOps practices (model versioning, deployment, monitoring).

• Knowledge of agentic AI systems or microservice-based architectures.
