YOUR TEAM

To support our "ADAS/AD Predevelopment" team, we are currently looking for an intern or thesis student. Our department works on software for automated driving in urban environments. Within this department, we are a team of ambitious and highly motivated experts in the field of environment perception for self-driving vehicles

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Research and access novel KPIs/metrics for perception scenarios in automated driving
• Conduct an in-depth study and summarization of existing research related to multi-object tracking, safety-critical applications, and situation awareness in autonomous driving
• Integrate and implement promising approaches within our existing software environment, adapting them to the needs of the project
• Contribute to the development of algorithmic solutions to address open research challenges associated with the project
• Cooperate closely within the ADAS team to advance the self-driving stack

WHO YOU ARE

• Enrolled student in computer science, electrical engineering, data science, robotics or similar field (please specify the expected date of your graduation or end of enrollment)
• Profound knowledge in computer vision and deep neural networks
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, OpenCV, scikit-learn)
• Experience in perception tasks like multi-object tracking and situation awareness is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills and analytical understanding
