JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Survey Analyst Specialist to join our team. The Survey Analyst Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and analyzing surveys to gather valuable insights from employees, customers, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience with survey methodologies, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

 

JOB DUTIES

  • Design and develop surveys to gather feedback from various stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.
  • Implement survey tools and platforms, ensuring smooth execution and data integrity throughout the survey process
  • Analyze survey data using statistical techniques and data visualization tools to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing survey findings, key insights, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand survey objectives, requirements, and desired outcomes.
  • Monitor survey response rates and engagement metrics, identifying opportunities to improve survey participation and data quality.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in survey methodologies to enhance survey design and analysis capabilities.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on survey design, implementation, and data interpretation.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, psychology, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in survey design, implementation, and analysis, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.
  • Proficiency in survey tools and platforms such as Excel, SurveyMonkey, or similar software.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in statistical analysis and data interpretation.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a focus on data accuracy, integrity, and quality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, or similar software is a plus
  • Employees must provide their own reliable internet if working a remote/hybrid position.

The incumbent typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Incumbent may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday. The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 20 pounds.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
