This position will create dashboards, reports, and data models while optimizing data visualization and analytics strategies that directly influence business decisions and outcomes.

The Role:
- Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, including data models, dashboards, and reports.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
- Integrate and manage data from multiple sources to create a unified reporting structure.
- Utilize BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker to create interactive and insightful visualizations.
- Optimize data warehouse performance and ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to enhance data integrity and governance.
- Troubleshoot BI-related issues and provide support to end-users.
- Design and develop user-friendly BI dashboards and reports, incorporating UI/UX principles to enhance data visualization and user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest BI trends, technologies, and best practices.
- This role requires strong expertise in BI tools, data warehousing, and SQL, along with an analytical mindset to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Snowflake).
- Familiarity with machine learning or predictive analytics is a plus.
- Certification in BI tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau) is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, analytics, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in BI development, data analysis, or related fields.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or QlikView.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Big Query) is a plus.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or R is an advantage.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets for business insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Estimated Salary Range: $83,000 - $104,000
