Position Description
Work directly with our Product, Marketing, and Design teams at a high-growth fintech platform serving millions of members. You’ll take ownership of preparing and managing compliance submissions for our consumer debit card and demand deposit account (DDA) product, coordinating with our program manager and partner bank. This includes creating documentation for new or updated features, running materials through our custom AI-driven compliance tools, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure quick, accurate, and user-friendly compliance reviews.
Your primary goal will be to drive the speed and clarity of compliance approvals so we can launch new features with confidence and minimal rework. This will involve proactive collaboration with internal teams, meticulous documentation, and regular communication with our bank partner.
This is a great role for someone with a strong background in compliance or project management who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and loves bringing order and clarity to complex processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify & Organize Submissions
- Proactively determine which product updates, marketing materials, or customer-facing content require bank partner review.
- Create Collateral & Documentation
- Compile PDFs, screenshots, and flow diagrams that accurately reflect how customers will see and interact with new features.
- Leverage Compliance AI
- Work with our custom-built AI tools to evaluate draft product work (copy, disclosures, app flows, web content) to identify potential edits, required disclaimers, or new compliance considerations.
- Implement & Coordinate Changes
- Act on bank partner feedback by making direct updates in Figma (or similar tools) or coordinating edits with the relevant product and marketing teams.
- Manage Partner Bank Submissions
- Prepare submission packages according to bank requirements, track feedback, and ensure all requests or revisions are addressed swiftly.
- Project Manage Reviews
- Maintain a submission tracker to follow up on pending items, communicate status updates, and drive timely approvals across multiple workstreams.
- Maintain Knowledge Base
- Keep our compliance resources, internal documentation, and the GPT’s knowledge base updated with new findings, requirements, or best practices.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required Skills:- Compliance Familiarity
- Compliance experience in financial services contexts is a plus, but is not required.
- Project Management
- You’re able to manage multiple submissions and stakeholders simultaneously, maintaining clarity and organization throughout.
- Attention to Detail
- You excel at catching nuances in disclosures, disclaimers, and formatting.
- Collaboration
- You enjoy working cross-functionally and communicate feedback promptly, ensuring edits are made accurately and efficiently.
- Technical Aptitude
- You’re comfortable using tools like Figma, Google Docs, and automation platforms; you quickly learn new tech if needed.
- Bandwidth
- You’re capable of handling a high volume of tasks and can consistently deliver with speed and excellence.
- Resourcefulness
- You thrive in startup environments and excel at creating structure amid ambiguity.
- Communication
- You give and receive feedback directly, adapt to different stakeholder needs, and keep everyone informed with concise updates.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in a compliance support, regulatory submissions, or project management role—preferably in fintech or a related field.
- Experience liaising with external partners or legal entities (e.g., banks, legal teams) is a plus.
- Fluent written and verbal English with perfect grammar.
- Comfort working with remote teams and across time zones.
