Telco Project Management - AI Specialist

Work Location: Remote, CA

Work Schedule

  • Monday - Friday
  • 8:00am - 5:00pm PST
  • Hours vary based on client needs

Our Telco Project Management - AI Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated financial processes and systems that support the growth and efficiency of our telco business. Projects may vary in number, size and complexity.
 

Scope:

  • Uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways
  • Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors

Project Manager Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement Automated Financial Processes: Utilize AI and machine learning technologies to create efficient financial systems.
  • Develop Financial Models and Forecasts: Support business decision-making through robust financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Analyze and Optimize Financial Data: Identify trends and areas for improvement to enhance financial performance.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Integrate financial systems with other business systems for seamless operations.
  • Develop Automation Scripts and Workflows: Streamline financial processes through effective automation.
  • Ensure Compliance: Adhere to financial regulations and standards to maintain integrity and compliance.
  • Provide Training and Support: Educate end-users on financial systems and processes to ensure effective utilization.
  • Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of emerging technologies in finance, AI, and automation to maintain a competitive edge.

Automation Specialist Qualifications / Skills:

  • Excellent communication (verbal, written, documentation) and presentation skills
  • Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and assignments concurrently
  • Self-starter who can quickly learn new tools and gain familiarity with new processes and technologies with minimal assistance
  • In-depth experience creating spreadsheets, presentation material, and project/process documentation
  • Strong observational and analytical skills, including the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information, strong attention to detail and accuracy, ability to track and report metrics, and manage risks
  • Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and communicate project updates to client executives
  • Familiarity with various project management methodologies

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
  • AI and Machine Learning: Experience with technologies such as Python, R, or TensorFlow.
  • Automation Tools: Familiarity with tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the telecommunications industry and financial regulations.
  • Analytical and Communication Skills: Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
  • Work Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Data Visualization: Experience with tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Salary Range

$80,640.00 - $134,400.00 USD (Salary)
  • Please note that the salary information provided herein is base pay only (gross); it does not include other forms of compensation which may or may not apply to this specific position, namely, performance-based bonuses, benefits-related payments, or other general incentives - none of which are guaranteed, may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, and are wholly within the discretion of Astreya to remit.
  • Further, the salary information noted above is a range that consists of a minimum and maximum rate of pay for this specific position. Where an applicant or employee is placed on this range will depend and be contingent on objective, documented work-related considerations like education, experience, certifications, licenses, preferred qualifications, among other factors.
