Job Summary:

This internship program is designed to empower growth by exploring the dynamic nature of the defense industry throughout Raytheon Operations & Supply Chain (OSC). Your summer will be focused on data analytics within our On Time Delivery team. Throughout the summer, you will be able to expand your knowledge of OSC while also gaining unprecedented exposure to leadership along the way.

What You Will Do:

• Gain hands-on experience with real Supply Chain and Operations tools and processes
• Analyze Production data to positively impact On Time Delivery
• Review existing MRP data to summarize material delivery expectations across multiple programs
• Solve problems while thinking beyond the accepted solutions

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Candidate must be enrolled and pursuing a BA, BS, or Master’s degree in the area of Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Computing, or Mathematics
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• 3.0 cumulative GPA desired
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PPT, Project, Word)
• Experience with MATLAB, VBA and/or C++

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
