Role Overview

As a Data Analyst in the Complexity Reduction Program, you will play a crucial role in answering business questions and providing data-driven insights. You will have access to the Complexity Reduction Cube and will be responsible for querying the cube to extract data for users. You will work collaboratively with the rest of the team on the QSC Data Hub to develop and coordinate new enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Query the Complexity Reduction Cube to extract and analyse data to answer business questions.

• Collaborate with the QSC Data Hub team to develop and coordinate new enhancements.

• Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making processes.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analyses and reports.

• Develop and maintain documentation for data queries and processes.

• Support the implementation of new data tools and technologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in data analysis and business intelligence.

• Proficiency in querying databases and working with data cubes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar role within a complexity reduction program.

• Experienced/background in supply chain, e.g. business, demand or supply planning with interest in digital/data process transformation

• Familiarity with lake house concept and related processes.

• Knowledge of advanced data analytics techniques and tools.

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
