Job Description

Primary Role: The candidate will be working for the Master Data Governance organization, supporting the Digital Contact Registration process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze new customer registrations failures for the Agilent.com website.
  • Leverage SAP CRM and SAP ECC to identify account matches and create necessary linkages, including the creation of new contacts and accounts.
  • Dispatch welcome marketing communications to newly registered and successfully linked accounts.
  • Diagnose and resolve root causes of registration failures in collaboration with various teams and, when necessary, engage with customers.
  • Utilize existing HANA/Spotfire reports and registration tools like Delegated Admin.
  • Adhere to Agilent governance rules and protocols.
  • Assist Digital Product Managers with account setup and troubleshooting.
  • Support Commerce teams in resolving login-related issues.
  • Engage in data quality and cleanup activities as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Microsoft Access.
  • Attention to detail when working with data sets involving dashboards (such as Spotfire) and relational databases.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in customer communication.

    Qualifications

    Professional Experience:

    • At least 3 years of experience in a similar data management function involving customer master data (accounts and contacts).
    • Hands-on experience with SAP CRM, SAP ECC, Salesforce, and software registrations. Technical MS Office knowledge is an additional advantage.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

    This job has a full time weekly schedule.
