We are seeking highly skilled data analytics professional to be part of the Business Analytics Management (BAM) team. This individual will be instrumental in providing value-add analytical insights, as well as liaising with the broader Wealth Data Analytics and Innovation (DAI) organization to help the business achieve its ambitious goals.

This role will lead a talented team of professionals, transforming complex financial and investment data into actionable insights and compelling narratives to support strategic decision-making by senior leadership. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical proficiency, excellent people management skills as a player-coach and a proven ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of analysts, providing coaching/mentorship, training, performance feedback, and guidance

  • Develop and implement analytics strategies and frameworks that align with the objectives of the NAM Citigold business

  • Analyze complex data sets related to product penetration, client segments, revenue, market trends, and business performance

  • Transform analytical insights into clear, concise, and compelling narratives to drive strategic decisions

  • Effectively communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders through presentations and reports

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Products, Finance, Digital and technology to optimize analytics processes and insights delivery

  • Continuously identify areas for improvement in data collection, analysis methodologies, reporting processes, and visualization tools

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)

  • 10+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in wealth management, financial services, or investment management

  • Proven leadership and people management skills, including team development and performance management

  • Expertise in SQL, Python, Excel; proficiency with additional analytical tools such as Tableau, Power BI or similar

  • Exceptional storytelling ability to translate data analysis into impactful presentations and insights

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in presenting findings to senior management and non-technical stakeholders

  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
