The Opportunity:

Cochlear has an opportunity for a Senior Manager, Clinical Data Operations based in our Macquarie University Campus site. In this role, you will lead a team of experts to ensure the capture, provision, verification, integrity, analysis, and reporting of high-quality clinical data. This data supports clinical evidence for product development, market access and regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead and mentor a team to deliver high-quality clinical data.
  • Oversee data capture, validation, and reporting processes
  • Oversee EDC design, build, validation and study execution
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support clinical investigations and decision-making.
  • Develop and implement innovative data management strategies.
  • Maintain an effective global library of data capture forms and ensure data quality.

Essential:

  • Bachelors degree in relevant field (Medical, Health, Science etc).
  • Extensive experience in clinical data management within a clinical trial environment.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to mentor a team.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
