Job Description

Main Tasks

• Formulate and maintain strategies and roadmaps for CSDM.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect requirements for data models and Master Data Architecture.
• Devise a product portfolio that corresponds with the Advanced Product Catalogue and Sales/Order Management module.
• Guarantee data integrity and consistency throughout the platform.
• Provide technical advice on data modelling and architecture.
• Conduct regular audits and updates of CSDM.
• Specify integration requirements for ServiceNow modules and external systems.
• Develop detailed design documentation and estimate implementation efforts.
• Supervise upgrades by reviewing documents, holding awareness sessions, conducting impact assessments, and performing tests.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform and CSDM module (valid CSA & CIS CMDB and CSDM).
• Experience with ServiceNow CSDM implementations.
• Understanding of data modelling and architecture.
• Communication and stakeholder management.
• Translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience in data governance and management
