About the role

Kickstart your product career with our dynamic 18-month Rotational Internship Program in Estonia đŸ‡ȘđŸ‡Ș! Designed for top early-career talent, this program offers two impactful three-quarter rotations across our vertical (specialised product areas: Ride-hailing, Delivery or Rentals) and horizontal (cross-functional: Incentives or Platform) teams.

Gain hands-on experience, help us build and maintain high quality core data products (tables, pipelines, reports etc) and upon successful completion, step into a full-time Analytics Engineer role. This is your fast track to gaining experience with modern data platform tooling, learning best practices and applying your skills at scale.

Your daily adventures will include:

  • Developing and maintaining a holistic data model across the data lake and BI layer to support various analytical needs, including reporting, ad hoc analysis, self-service, data science, experimentation, and profiling.
  • Developing and maintaining data transformations using dbt and building views, explores, and dashboards in Looker.
  • Contributing to the experimentation platform and participating in data clean-up and cost control initiatives.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation for data assets, establishing documentation standards.
  • Ensuring data quality and consistency by implementing appropriate tests.
  • Collaborating with the Data Platform team to pilot new features and with domain data owners to help them manage their data assets.

About you:

  • You’re a recent graduate (or about to graduate) in a relevant quantitative field (e.g., Software Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics) – or you’re self-taught and passionate about working with data!
  • You love connecting data requirements with data processing methods to systematically prepare reusable and efficient data assets and prefer building repeatable systems over quick fixes.
  • You are highly curious and eager to learn, staying up-to-date in the data space, and possess a strong interest in (data) technology.
  • You have some experience (academic or self-learned) with SQL and another coding language like Python or R to manipulate and reshape data.
  • You have knowledge of data modelling concepts like Kimball, star schema, slowly changing dimensions, and data vault.
  • You’ve worked with (or are learning) data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.

Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying if you feel you’re the kind of person described above!

Why you’ll love it here:

  • Contribute to impactful projects and gain hands-on experience to accelerate your professional growth
  • Work in fast-moving autonomous teams with some of the smartest people in the world
  • Connect with your team at various events to get to know your colleagues
  • Receive a competitive entry-level salary
