About the Role:

As a Senior Associate – Data Product (DealPulse), you will be a key contributor to 1Lattice’s proprietary data platform that tracks M&A, Private Equity, and Venture Capital activity in India. This role involves end-to-end ownership of deal tracking, data structuring, and insight generation to support internal stakeholders and external publications. You will work closely with the research and product teams to ensure data accuracy and enhance the platform’s overall value. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain real-time M&A and PE/VC deal data on the DealPulse platform. 

• Conduct in-depth research to build structured profiles of companies and investors. 

• Develop and design PowerPoint presentations highlighting market trends and deal insights. 

• Prepare and publish weekly/monthly deal summary reports and newsletters on relevant channels. 

• Ensure high data quality across dashboards and reports through rigorous checks. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support platform improvements and content initiatives.

• Ability to manage the product blog independently, from planning to publishing
• Attention to detail for ensuring data accuracy and quality
• Capability to conceptualize and implement value-added services that enhance the product

Competencies and Skills:

• 3–5 years of experience in financial research, data analysis, or related domains. 
• Strong understanding of India’s startup ecosystem, M&A, and PE/VC landscapes. 
• Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with reporting/dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc in order to visualize deal data for quicker insights)
• Excellent research and data structuring abilities with high attention to detail. 
• Comfortable working with large datasets and publishing content across platforms. 
• Proactive, execution-focused, and capable of handling multiple deliverables within tight timelines. 

Educational Qualification and Certifications:

• MBA from a Tier 1 institute with a strong academic record. (Preferred)
• Prior experience in financial research, data-driven projects, or knowledge management is essential. 
• High ownership, execution ability, and attention to timelines.
