This international, technology-driven department is focussed on further developing our global service strategy. It provides support in the optimisation of service desk processes through the use of AI-supported solutions for internal customers and agents.

Your Job

What this role looks like.

  • Evaluating and implementing as well as assuming responsibility for AI-supported solutions for the entire IT support chain, with a particular focus on optimising chatbots and virtual assistants for internal customers, as well as store and warehouse employees
  • Analysing and processing service desk data for continuous improvement 
  • Assisting in the automation of support processes for agents 
  • Collaborating with IT and business teams to integrate AI technologies 
  • Ensuring the scalability and efficiency of AI solutions

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

  • A degree with a focus on information technology or business administration or similar qualifications/training 
  • Experience with machine learning, natural language processing and AI-supported automation solutions 
  • Knowledge in developing and optimising chatbots and virtual assistants 
  • Experience in data analysis and training AI models 
  • Understanding of IT service management and service desk processes 
  • Team player with analytical mindset 
  • Very good English skills

 

Desirable extras.

  • AI or machine learning certification is an advantage 
  • Experience with ITSM tools and ticket systems desirable 
  • Basic knowledge of UX/UI design for optimised user experience is an advantage
