Power BI Adoption & Process Manager

And that is where you come in. We are now looking for a Power BI Adoption & Process Manager to join our Business Intelligence team.

About the job

 

In this role, you will have one foot in the technical world and one in the business. You will collect input from teams across the company, turn that into technical requirements for our developers, and help test and roll out new data solutions.

 

But that is not all — you will also be the go-to person for training colleagues on how to use our data model in Excel and Power BI, making sure they follow the right process and feel confident using the tools. Whether you are coaching a beginner or guiding a superuser , you will help them get the most out of our data. You will also run our super user community, making sure our analysts and business users stay connected, informed, and up-to-speed on what’s new.

 

Some of the things you will take care of:

• Gather business needs and turn them into clear requirements for our dev team
• Test and support new solutions as they are rolled out
• Train users in Excel and Power BI, from new starters to experienced analysts
• Make sure people follow our Power BI governance and use our data model properly
• Keep the superuser community engaged and informed
• Help manage data access through Active Directory
• Collaborate with teams like Finance, Marketing, and operations  to understand their data needs
• Troubleshoot issues and make sure the data is accurate
• Contribute to our agile way of working by giving feedback and adapting as we go

 

The role is based in our HQ in Malmö, were we offer a hybrid model meaning that we love to see you at least 3 days in the office.

 

About you

 

We think you will enjoy this role if you are a tech-savvy problem solver who enjoys helping others. You are someone who has worked as an analyst before — you know what it is like to be hands-on with data and working in-depth data analysis.

 

You also like working with people, explaining things clearly, and helping others grow. Maybe you have coached a team, led workshops, or trained colleagues before — officially or unofficially. What matters most is that you are patient, a great communicator, and genuinely enjoy sharing knowledge.

 

We believe in hiring for attitude and training for skills. However, for this technical role, you will need to meet most of these requirements to set yourself up for success:

• 2+ years of experience working as an analyst or in a similar data-heavy role 

• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIFs, Pivot Tables)
• Advanced Power BI knowledge
• SQL skills
• Confidence communicating in English

 

Bonus if you also bring:

• Experience with DAX
• Any kind of training or coaching background — professional or personal
• German language skills
