Job Description (Return-ship Program) 

Cloud Engineer III (Power BI) – Only female candidates allowed 

Experience: 5-7 years 

Min Carr. gap – 1 year

Role Overview:  

We are seeking skilled Data Engineer to work with Power Bi, Azure Data factory, SQL for our comprehensive analytics solution. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain Power Bi dashboards, data pipelines and solutions using these tools and services. 

As a Cloud Engineer III, you will lead cross-functional teams in the design and delivery of data-powered products and features. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and oversee the entire product development life cycle. Your goal is to create data products that delight our customers and drive measurable business impact. 

Mandatory skills 

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field 

- 5+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles 

- Strong proficiency in SQL  

- Strong proficiency in Power Bi reporting and good knowledge of Dax queries 

-Develop, enhance and maintain Power bi dashboards  

-Develop and optimize data pipelines using ETL processes, Azure data factory & other integration tools 

- Has basic knowledge of design and implementing data lakes, delta lake (or Lakehouse) and data warehouses using Azure storage solutions 

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions 

- Optimize data workflows for performance, scalability, quality and cost-efficiency 

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills 

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities 

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving technology environment 

-Has completed some Data Certifications/latest tech courses in latest months (carrier gap) 

-Keen to learn new skills/adopt at a higher pace 

 

Value Add: 

- Develop and optimize Notebooks using Databricks  

- Knowledge of data modeling  

- Has strong expertise on coding - Python/pyspark 

- Has knowledge of MS Fabric  

- Implement data governance and security measures through Unity catalog ecosystem 

- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps and CICD (build and release) 

- Familiarity with big data technologies and data warehousing concepts
