What you’ll do:

• 🛠 Build AI-powered capabilities – Develop and maintain features across the stack to boost learning outcomes.

• 🌟 Contribute to product and process – From brainstorming to production, you'll help shape how we build.

• 📊 Drive tech excellence – Lead key improvements in tech and processes that make a real impact.

• 🧠 Be the go-to expert – Support peers and share knowledge on all things AI Engineering.

• 🚀 Implement smart practices – Ensure our AI features are built efficiently and responsibly.

What we’re looking for:

• 💻 Engineering skills – Strong in APIs, databases, DevOps, testing, etc.

• 🧬 AI expertise – You’ll need to know your way around Foundation Models (LxM) and have built Gen AI features using tools like OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Vector DBs, RAG, AI Agents, or finetuning.

• 🛠 Architecture chops – Can design maintainable, scalable, and reliable AI systems from scratch.

• 📊 Monitoring & evaluation – You understand how to deploy, observe, and measure AI performance and user impact.

• 💬 Great communicator – Clear in both written and spoken English, whether talking to techies or not.

• 🤝 Team player – You help others level up and focus on what’s best for the team and product.

• 🧠 Curious learner – Always on top of tech trends and love sharing insights with the team.

Interview process:

3. 💡 Code review session – Walk through real code together to understand how you think and write software.

4. 🧱 Systems design interview – Show how you approach architecture, scalability, and building smart, maintainable solutions.
