Senior AI Engineer - II

• Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models, including Generative AI models, to solve business problems
• Design scalable and efficient architectures for AI models, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with data engineers to implement robust data pipelines for training and serving AI models.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of AI models, including data preparation, model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Explore and evaluate new AI technologies, frameworks, and algorithms to improve PSW's capabilities.
• Contribute to R&D efforts to create innovative AI-driven trade solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 4 to 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or data science.
• Proven track record of deploying AI/ML models in production.
• Strong programming skills in Python, or R.
• Expertise in ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience with NLP or deep learning.
• Experience with transformers and LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, Bloom, T5).
• Proficiency in database systems (SQL, NoSQL)
• Familiarity with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
