NICE is seeking an innovative and decisive Product AI Advocate to drive AI innovation, market research, and proof-of-value initiatives for our Product and R&D teams. This individual will play a key role in staying ahead of trends in Generative AI, evaluating emerging technologies, and identifying opportunities for NICE to enhance its AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a deep understanding of AI technologies and the ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and advancements in Generative AI and related technologies.
• Work closely with Product and R&D teams to explore and validate innovative AI-driven concepts and features.
• Develop proof-of-value and proof-of-concept projects to assess the feasibility and impact of AI-driven innovations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, product management, and marketing, to bring AI initiatives to market.
• Identify and evaluate emerging AI tools, frameworks, and technologies to drive competitive advantages for NICE.
• Serve as a thought leader on AI trends, contributing to internal discussions, white papers, and presentations.
• Engage with customers, partners, and industry experts to understand AI-related challenges and opportunities in the market.
• Advocate for AI adoption within NICE, educating internal teams on AI advancements and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience working in AI, machine learning, or a related field, with a strong focus on Generative AI.
• Proven ability to think outside the box, innovate rapidly, and make decisive decisions in a dynamic environment.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including LLMs, NLP, computer vision, and model evaluation techniques.
• Experience working with AI product development, research, or proof-of-concept projects.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, or Hugging Face is a plus.
• Knowledge of API-based AI solutions and SaaS environments is desirable.
• Passion for technology, AI, and staying ahead of industry trends.
