About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Analytics Engineer to join our growing data organization. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping our future as a data-first company by building high-quality, well-documented data models that power analytics and decision-making across the organisation.
Sitting at the intersection of data engineering and analytics, you'll transform raw data into reliable, structured datasets that represent core business entities and processes. You'll work closely with business stakeholders and collaborate with teams across Data Engineering, BI, Product Analytics, and Data Science to ensure our data foundation is scalable, trusted, and aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, own and maintain core data models in dbt
- Transform data to accurately represent business entities and processes, creating a foundation for analytics
- Apply data tests and unit tests to monitor and prevent data quality issues
- Ensure data models are well-documented to facilitate understanding and usage across teams
What We're Looking For
Must-Have Skills - Expertise in SQL and dbt
- Strong data modeling skills, with a focus on building scalable and maintainable models
- Experience implementing data testing within analytics workflows
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering or a related field
- Experience with slowly changing dimensions and data modeling best practices
- Experience with performance tuning and query optimization in large-scale data environments
- Familiarity with data governance and documentation best practices
Who You Are - Highly collaborative and comfortable working with different teams
- Curious about business processes and how data can drive decision-making
- Strong business acumen, understanding how data impacts various functions

Location: This role follows a hybrid-remote setup and is based in Poland, with a primary focus on Łódź.
