Your Mission

As an IT Master Data Specialist joining the Rovensa Internal IT Team, your mission will be to manage, maintain and guarantee the integrity, accuracy and consistency of master data, across all Rovensa Corporate Solutions Portfolio. You will be responsible for supporting the different departments and providing accurate and timely data, required to run Business and to help Rovensa achieve its ambitious dream of feeding the planet by helping farmers produce healthy and nutritious food for all, all over the world.

Your Responsibilities

• Data Management: Manage and oversee the data entry, maintenance and output of master data in the SAP MDG system
• Data Quality: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of master data across all Rovensa corporate solutions, used by different business areas
• Problem Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to master data in the SAP systems
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation of master data processes and procedures
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to understand their data needs and ensure the SAP system meets those needs
• Training: Train and assist users in the correct use of the SAP MDG system, aiming for data quality and consistency
• System Testing: Support the testing of master data management processes during the implementation of new SAP solutions and/or release updates
• Audits: Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain data integrity
• Improvements: Recommend and implement improvements in the SAP MDG system based on data analysis, aiming to improve data capture and quality processes
• Updates: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in SAP master data management
• Projects: Participate in SAP Rollout projects of the Rovensa Model and/or implementation of new SAP Solutions/Releases, supporting activities of preparation, validation, and migration of necessary master data for the implementation of SAP processes
• Monitoring: Continuously monitor the activities developed by outsourced resources to ensure the transfer of necessary know-how for the future maintenance of business processes developed and implemented by them, as well as ensure the preparation of all technical and user manuals

The Talent we are looking for

• Higher education in Computer Engineering or similar;
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in area;
• Proven experience in SAP master data management (across all SAP modules);
• Experience in configuration and usage of SAP MDG is valued;
• Proficiency in English, Spanish is valued;
• High level of autonomy and responsibility;
• Strong interpersonal communication skills;
• Sense of collaboration and dedication.
