Summary: 

As an AI Engineer / Developer, you will design, build, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions that solve real-world problems and drive innovation across our products and services. Working closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams, you will play a key role in turning research into scalable AI-powered applications. Key Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, and implement AI models using machine learning, deep learning, and data science techniques. 

• Collaborate with data scientists to preprocess, analyze, and transform large-scale structured and unstructured datasets. 

• Train, fine-tune, and optimize models for scalability, performance, and robustness. 

• Deploy AI models as APIs or microservices and integrate them into production systems. 

• Monitor and maintain models post-deployment to ensure accuracy and reliability over time. 

• Stay current on AI advancements (e.g., LLMs, foundation models, generative AI) and assess their applicability. 

• Write clean, well-documented code and contribute to internal libraries or tools to accelerate AI development. 

• Work with MLOps tools to automate training, testing, deployment, and monitoring workflows. 

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AI components and pipelines. 

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. 

• Strong programming skills in Python (preferred), and proficiency in Java, C++, or similar languages. 

• Hands-on experience with ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers. 

• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, statistics, and linear algebra. 

• Experience deploying models using RESTful APIs, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). 

• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and basic DevOps practices. 

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. 
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 
• Experience with big data platforms like Spark, Hadoop, or distributed training techniques. 

• Familiarity with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or SageMaker. 

• Domain expertise in NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, or time series analysis. 

• Exposure to LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT) or generative AI tools (e.g., diffusion models, embeddings). 

• Industry experience in finance, healthcare, logistics, or e-commerce.
