Role is to support Global Data Governance and Process Improvement

The Regional Data Strategy Lead for OneS4 Deployment reports to the OneS4 Regional Business Adoption Lead for EMEA and is part of the data governance team . This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality data standards for the OneS4 system across EMEA sites.

Key tasks include understanding data from various systems of EMEA, supporting the transition to OneS4, and collaborating with global teams to improve data and processes. The lead will also define the data strategy, address data challenges, and enhance data access ensuring Business Adoption to revised data strategy.

Additionally, the role involves planning data migration workshops, overseeing data integration into OneS4, and working closely with the reporting team to meet data requirements. Finally, the lead will conduct training sessions to promote data literacy within the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Integration: Oversee the integration of data from various sources into the ONeS4 system, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance. Identify data needs in the peripheral systems which needs to be transitioned from current ERP’s based solution to OneS4. This role supports the data conversion and clean up efforts required to migrate the data to OneS4
  • Testing and Validation - Support in governance on data migration from all ERP’s in EMEA to OnS4 thru testing and validating technology design, data inputs, and outputs
  • Define Regional Data Strategy for OneS4 Deployment- Ensure the standard data strategy rolled out during OneS4 deployment through use of global standard across all the sites of EMEA.  Support the regional Data Governance team in establishing global/regional data standards for Product, Customer, and other master data dimensions.
  • Data need for new Capabilities- Ensure all new capabilities created as part of OneS4 has clear data needs identified and notified to global team to ensure data readiness.    Support Digital and Analytics team in Supply Chain to transition peripheral systems to OneS4 based solution
  • Workshop Lead- Co-ordinate workshop with global data ingestion team, DTO and MDMP Team with sites and ensure global data team gets right business stakeholders in organizing these workshops for data migration
  • Support Reporting team: Ensure data needs for the reporting team is being plugged in during data discovery workshop to ensure no issues in reporting post Go Live
  • Training and Development: Facilitate training sessions for staff on data tools and best practices to promote a culture of data literacy within the organization.

Qualifications

 

Qualifications

•      A minimum of a master’s degree or a related field.

•      At least 10-15 years of experience in supply chain, SAP/Datahub, master data and digital solutions

•      Proficiency in Microsoft Power platform, ETL tools, Excel (including Pivot tables, lookups) and SharePoint is required.

•      Experience with project management.

•      Familiarity with data mappings, hierarchies, and flow between environments is preferred.

•      Ability to manage deadlines and digital solutions in a fast-paced environment.

•      Strong business partnerships and experience in ad-hoc analysis are essential.
