As an Associate Data Analyst, you will serve as a partner and advisor to process owners by building reports and visualizations that help analyze metrics to make data driven business decisions. You will also collaborate closely with Software Engineers on the application and data teams. In this challenging and fulfilling role, we are looking for candidates who value collaboration, understand best practices and the data maturity model, and possess excellent communication and time management skills.
As an Associate Data Analyst, a typical day might include the following:
- Reviewing data and creating charts, dashboards, and reports
- Supporting department efforts to document and improve current reports and data sources
- Applying statistical methods and models to data sets to generate actionable data driven recommendations
- Partnering with process owners to develop ways to capture quality data the source
This job might be for you if:
- You have a BS degree related to Data Analytics, Statistics, Math, Software Engineering, or have related experience.
- You have strong knowledge of PowerBI, MS Report Builder, MS Excel, and MS Access.
- You are familiar with SQL, DAX, or related languages.
- You are familiar with manufacturing and business processes/systems.
- You possess strong analytical, judgment, organizational, and project management skills.
- You enjoy working independently as well as cooperatively in a team environment.
- You pursue opportunities to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.

Pay Range Data
New hires generally start between $26.20 - $39.28 per hour. We base our starting pay offer on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills. Our ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location.
